President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, also known as FDR, was the 32nd President of the United States of America.
This article discusses the depiction of FDR in the Hypermen series, and thus does not necessarily reflect the real life president. For more information on the real historical personality, click here.

FDR is responsible for starting the first incarnation of the Hypermen, realizing that a team of superpowered individuals would be useful in the battle against the Axis in World War II; particularly after Nazi Germany started their own team: The Axis Elite.
Other than that, however, he had little interaction with the team itself, usually aiding them through his governmental agents, including the OSS.
